The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an Order in the following circumstances:

The ordered item is out of stock

The Order contains false or fraudulent information

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the designated shipping address.

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition

In the original packaging with all tags attached

The following items are non-returnable:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the Company receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Article 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
